Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Subscriptions

We operate on a transparent "Pay-as-you-go" credit model. You strictly pay for what you use. There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden auto-renewal charges to cancel. You are in full control of your credit top-ups.

2. Refund Eligibility

We stand by the quality of our parsing engine. You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You are unsatisfied with the parsing accuracy or performance.
  • The software fails to process your files due to a technical error.
  • You made a purchase in error and have not used the credits.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email our support team at business.aritrasaha@gmail.com. Please include:

  • Your registered email address.
  • The Invoice ID or Transaction ID of the purchase.
  • A brief reason for the refund request (this helps us improve).

4. Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately by our team. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.
